Find your inner peace.  Take a few minutes out of your day to quite your mind, relax and let go.  Find a quite place and close your eyes. Take your awareness to your breath and how it moves through the body.  Take 10 to 15 minutes to simply focus on a long slow inhale and exhale. Once you learn to let go and relax, you become better equipped to handle anything life throws your way.
