This is my favorite all time variation of a push-up. Talk about a challenge!! It works the entire upper body and core. Try my WORKOUT OF THE DAY! Let me know what you think!

  • MOUNTAIN CLIMBER 20x
  • TRICEP PUSH UP 10x
  • BICYCLE (slow) 20x
  • ELBOW PLANK 1 min
  • Repeat 4x
