I’m writing another blog about my love for yoga; I feel compelled to spread the word about all the amazing benefits of this practice.
Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated. There are many people who get caught up in rigid thinking that it’s too hard, too easy, evil, etc. The truth is yoga is whatever you want it to be; you determine the scope of your practice.
There are many different types of yoga:
Many fitness centers offer beginner yoga classes and/or a basic yoga classe designed for all fitness levels. If you are not a member of a gym, you may want to consider looking for a yoga studio. Yoga studios offer a wide variety of classes from beginner to advanced.Take some time to do research regarding Finding the Best Yoga Class for You.
Also, make a point to find out about your instructor’s experience and credentials. Ask your instructor about his or her yoga training and teaching experience. Many different certifications are available. Your teachers education and experience should demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism and ongoing education.

These poses are great at the end of the day to help promote flexibility and relaxation. Focus on a long, slow breathing pattern and hold each pose for 3-5 minutes.
