Single leg chair pose -transition to warrior 2

Side angle pose

Triangle Pose- transition to warrior 2

Down dog- transition to single leg plank

Three legged dog- step through to warrior 2

Half moon- transition to warrior 2

Down dog-three legged dog

Repeat opposite leg
