Here’s my class I taught today! Give it a try 🙂


Circuit One:

Barbell Row 12 reps

Barbell Squat 12 reps

Plyometric Jacks 12 reps

Plank 1 minute

Repeat 3x


Circuit Two:

Cross Over Push-up– WHEW STRONG CORE AND UPPER BODY WORK! 16 reps total

Barbell Chest Press 12 reps

Plyo jump switch touch down 12 reps

V sit 45 seconds

Repeat 3 x


Circuit Three:

Barbell Clean and Press 12 reps

Barbell Bench Tricep Dip 12 reps

Barbell Squat With Bicep Curl 12 reps

Lunge Jump Switch 12 reps

Up Down Plank 12 reps

Repeat Circuit 3x
