It’s the weekend and I love to try new workouts to bust through plateaus and prevent boredom. Our bodies become use to the activities we perform on a regular basis. This is a quick arm workout that combines cardio and resistance training for the best of both worlds. 

What’s so great about this workout?

It burns loads of calories in a short period of time. You’ll be working the entire body using compound exercises and then targeting specific muscle groups with weights. This workout can be done at home or at the gym using dumbbells and a mat. Select weights that are appropriate for your fitness level.

If you are a beginner, begin with 5 lbs dumbbells and advance when the last few reps become easy.

It’s quick, efficient and a killer upper body and core routine. Are you up for the challenge??
