To get lean– Meals need to be balanced protein, (healthy carbs- sweet potato, quinoa, greens) and healthy fats (nut butters, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, nuts)
Add in resistance interval training 2-3 times per week. Learn to bring more awareness to your workouts! Are you exercising hard enough? Is it hard to get through your last few reps? Are you pushing yourself in your interval training? If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
