A new year always brings new goals, resolutions, and a desire for change. Be kind to yourself and remember it’s not “ALL OR NOTHING” but consistency that brings about change. Keep a positive attitude, write down your goals, and review them each week. Set specific guidelines on how you plan to reach your goals and make changes as needed. Each time you are successful you will become stronger and more motivated to change the unwanted behavior and bring about your desired results.
